isolate any css and javascript. There should be no inline styles or scripts unless minimal. this doesn't make the code look overwhelming and makes it easier to contribute.

ai policy: absolutely no ai-generated text or images. large codebases that are added or linked and look largely ai-generated will be refused, but small snippets are allowed and indeed can't be enforced even if we ban it.
