Every squid is assigned a unique fingerprint at birth, it is stored in his brain (permanent, non editable) and is also the name of his save file

It looks like this:

This currently serves no purpose but in future it will be used for any/all/none of the following:

• DNA / Genetic code
• Encoding personality traits/behaviours
• Use as node name in multiplayer
• seed (for sharing) to always generate the exact same squid
• Verification (used as a 'magic number' or checksum)
