0.5.3：D30 提示改事实描述 + /team 带参建队 + D32 协调者锁双信号 + D33 provisioning 对账宽限。

• 降级提示改事实描述：0.5.2 的 do not call spawn_teammate 进入对话历史后不可撤销，切第三方后模型仍拒绝尝试 spawn。现只陈述事实+恢复条件，审计加反向断言；撤回提示要求告知用户。
• /team 带参真的建队：无参仍只读；带参先摘要再 spawn/建任务/等结果/汇总。取数改 MCP 主通道，禁止跨副本猜目录。
• D32 协调者锁双信号：心跳过期但 PID 存活 → steal-deferred + 3s 宽限 + 15s 硬上限；真崩溃仍 ≤5s 接任（护栏全绿）。
• D33 provisioning 对账宽限：in-flight spawn 不再被新协调者误杀（事件年龄 <60s defer + 10s 复核）。

验收：908/908 用例、覆盖率 91.61/85.13/92.42/93.56、审计 26、S9 14、崩溃护栏 25/25（takeover ≤5s）。

agent-team v0.5.1 — 订阅模型单 agent 兜底（solo fallback）

When the Lead's confirmed model is an official coding-plan model (account:*/builtin:*), teammates cannot be spawned (CLI subprocesses get no subscription credentials). 0.5.1 tells the Lead once per session — it then does all the work itself instead of burning turns on doomed spawns. The note is non-permanent: switch the Lead to a third-party model mid-session and the team works normally again. Spawn errors and the spawn tool description now offer the same fallback path.

Lead mode goes three-way (leadMode): auto (new default, on-demand delegation — plain single agent until a team exists, then judge each request by delegation value), always (pre-0.5.0 proactive orchestration), off (fully disabled: no injection, zero team tools). Legacy orchestrator/collaborator values migrate to auto.
