Lead mode goes three-way (leadMode): auto (new default, on-demand delegation — plain single agent until a team exists, then judge each request by delegation value), always (pre-0.5.0 proactive orchestration), off (fully disabled: no injection, zero team tools). Legacy orchestrator/collaborator values migrate to auto.

  • 默认不再激进组队：没建过队 = 普通单 agent；建过队后按委派价值判断（问答/单文件小改直接做，多角色并行/写域分人/长任务才走团队流程）
  • 会话中途第一次建队时，首成员结果里附一行提示，按需策略即时生效
  • 三通道同步（hook 注入/工具描述/skill 文档），旧配置无需手改
  • 869 测试全绿（+20），文本审计 24 项，e2e S7/S8/U 系列与三档真会话实证
