[Bug]: NAT Network not working with windows 11 pro 24h2 and Virtualbox 7.2.2

What happened?

After Installing virtualbox ver 7.2.2 Nat Network does not work for Linux guests hosts (all). They do however work when Virtualbox network adapter is in host only mode. However I run a local lab in the nat network (10.0.2.0/24)
I revert back to version 7.1.2 and nat network works again. Ver 7.2.2 as i understand rewrote NAT interaction with windows OS.
I have disabled anti-virus and firewall with no change

How can we reproduce this?

Install latest Windows 11 pro 24H2 OS ...install virtualbox 7.2.2 ...configure linux guests hosts with nat network adapter

Don't understand the significance of the VBoxNetLwf related events (those would matter for bridging). With HostOnly everything should be handled by VBoxNetAdp.

I played around with this. It works after a reboot and on first startup . However when you shut down the guests hosts and then the vbox app ...the connections are not automatically torn down and the virtualbox system service does not shutdown immediately . I think some timers need adjustment or proper connection teardown when exiting the desktop app. This causes the guest host connections after restarting vbox app to hang and have a driver error. I made exceptions for all executables for bitdefender.
Virtualbox no longer will coexist with vmware services enabled neither. Yes all vmware services were disabled as were vmware net interfaces.
