[Bug]: WDDM 1.2 Horrible 3D Acceleration !

What happened?

Since everything now is moving to virtual machines. It is imperative to have 3D Acceleration capable of running at decent FPS.

1. For example my native setup Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.6456] runs at 240 FPS + v-sync on.
2. My native setup Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.5487] + VMWARE host Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.5487] runs the same 240 FPS + v-sync on.
3. My native setup Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.6456] + Hyper-X host Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.6456] runs the same 240 FPS + v-sync on.

Where on VirtualBox latest v7.2.4 i get the horrible 2 FPS to 10 FPS !
I mean come on is this the very best that Oracle can do ?!
With all those billions of USD in Ai and this is the best only 2 to 10 fps ?!
At least make it half like 120 FPS or at least DECENT like 60 FPS, i
am sure all VirtualBox users will be pleased to have at least a decent 60 FPS !

Please fix this ASAP !

How can we reproduce this?

Just activate 3D Acceleration and see the FPS only 2 to 10 FPS.
Try to use those state of the art FPS in anything like productivity or multimedia software.
Horrible.

You need to be a lot more specific about your setup and where you see 2-10FPS when using VirtualBox in order to remotely get the chance that someone is having a look at this. Just complaining and demanding to fix things ASAP while using a product for free is just plain rude. And I've absolutely no idea how you come to the conclusion that we benefit from the billions of dollars Oracle is investing in AI (trust me, we absolutely don't), as VirtualBox is not an AI product.

Sorry i can't help you with that anymore, just sold the dual boot windows/linux desktop, bought another M4 Pro. only have 1 (one) mc left with windows and that's a laptop that will soon be replaced with an M4.
Nobody at office is using anymore windows or linux.... all switched to Apple M's family.
We are moving/replacing/removing/deleting from all vbox-ex to Parallels.
We can't stand windows anymore neither linux, apple are fantastic to work with incredible performance super less space and outstanding lesser power electrical bills. And once we start using Apple's M4 Pro's nobody wanted anymore to use desktop oversized dinosaurs. and we grow tired of using dust pans to wipe the dinosaurs so last desktop dinosaur era mc has been sold yesterday.

As i recall the wddm is 1.2, dx11 and everything is bad in 3D. Ages ago it was a version six o twentyfour that had some poured wine in it and it could run actual 3d content.
We lost the ability to run 3D anymore since the FREE quite from some time the super proffesional VMWARE Workstation is only 32bit gui, and since i have sold the desktop i actually don't need it anymore.
But yeah on VMWARE you could run anything, 3D content (production,gaming even chrome could run webgpu and webgl) where in vbox S... U... C... K... !

Well, in that case there is nothing we can do. Btw. we are currently optimizing 3D performance and already made great progress there which is also present in 7.2.4, with more optimizations to come.
