Please fix CVE-2021-46848 which is caused by libtasn1-6 in base image (ubuntu jammy 22.04) #725
Description
Docker image 25.0.0.10-full-java17-openj9 has a CVE (https://ubuntu.com/security/CVE-2021-46848)
But since the docker image is based on ubuntu 22.04 it is not fixed yet.
Maybe upgrade base image to ubuntu 24.04 ?
