feat(Unit Library): Add info about unit types

Description

Since we introduced the ability to host non-WISE units in the library, we should add some information about WISE and non-WISE units for users.

Todo:

• Add an info link next to the Type field in the library filters.
• Add information about "Other" units to unit details dialog.
• Change text of Preview button in unit details dialog for "Other" units.
