feat(AIChat): constrain chat box height

Right now, the AI Assistant chat pane expands with the page, so long conversations push the entire layout downward. Could we constrain the chat pane to a fixed width and give it its own vertical scrollbar? This would keep the rest of the interface in view.

Also do this for Dialog Guidance?
