Development Process

Greatness of Taskboard is not an accident, but it is based on agile process which we used. This process is not defined ones for ever, we are still improving it. At the beginning we used scrum, now we are trying with Kanban methodology.

Although we got a one rule: working at taskboard must be fun. If it’s not a fun, we immediately stop and change it! That’s probably the bigest secret :)
