Development Process

Greatness of Taskboard is not an accident, but it is based on agile process which we used. This process is not defined ones for ever, we are still improving it. At the beginning we used scrum, now we are trying with Kanban methodology.

Although we got a one rule: working at taskboard must be fun. If it’s not a fun, we immediately stop and change it! That’s probably ours the bigest secret :)

The main difference, which cause that the taskboard is so unique, is that we use during developing… a taskboard itself. We are not only developers, but users too. Every day we use taskboard and we are strongly motivated to make it even more perfectly than it already is.
