Issue with quest display (proly related to a/b scans but with only 1 quest on pokestop)

It looks like a pretty rare thing. Tested multiple times and I'm pretty sure it's a bug, not a one-time thing

0. I'm scanning both a/b quests
1. Enable both quest types on map
2. Enable Doduo
3. Pokestop with doduo as a reward without AR doesn't show up
4. That specific pokestop shows up with dodue when I enable all pokestops

NOTE: pokestop wasn't fully a/b scanned - it has only no ar reward which is that doduo that doesn't show up. Obviously other pokestops with dodue are showing up correctly
NOTE2: I checked map more carefully and noticed another pokestop with only one quest (no ar) with doduo and it also didn't show up when only quests were enabled

@TurtIeSocks how to get one? I just had some time and noticed that issue relates to anything thst's displayed in pokestop filters but doesn't have a/b scan... So if I want to display poffins only but one of the pokestops with poffin has only a scan it won't be displayed untill I enable all pokestops

Is it consistently the same missing quest layer that causes it to be excluded or does it happen with both?

Good question - only when quest is non ar or how to call it, so poffins are in that group obviously. When pokestop has only ar layer then it works fine. Example below (I have lots of these)

Thanks, if it's only that layer then this is probably an easy fix, just have to find the right line.

@kamieniarz #490 please test with MAD too to make sure nothing broke. The number of times I've broken Pokestop querying in the past couple of months has been too high...

I've checked few stops with single non ar quest and issue seems to be gone. Thanks! No idea how's MAD tho, I use RDM only
