In general documenting implementation status sgtm, but mild concern about where this information should be, I'm not sure the Spec repository is the right place for it. Approving for now as it can always be moved, and this is useful for folks trying to experiment with SIMD.

I'm happy to have documentation elsewhere, but this seems like the most visible, project neutral location for now. |
