Missing instruction in section 7.10

If you look at the specification's index of instructions (Both the website, and pdf on page 302), you will notice that there is no instruction between opcode 0xFD 0xED 0x01 (f62x2.neg) and opcode 0xFD 0xEF 0x01 (f64x2.sqrt). We are missing opcode 0xFD 0xEE 0x01, which I am assuming is '(reserved)', based on the other vectorized data types.

I would branch, change and pull request but I have no idea how to fix SpecTec files. In fact, I can't find one corresponding to the index of instructions.

Yes, that opcode is not currently assigned, i.e., reserved.

The instruction index does not currently come from SpecTec. All that's needed is adding a suitable entry to the appendix/index-instructions.py script that generates it. PR would be appreciated. :)
