Rook SDK 5cae3006be02: atomic replay/live handoff

Built SDK candidate from commit 5cae300 for Rook's pinned package boundary.

Fixes duplicate chunks when a client resumes between storage and live delivery (do-runtime #60). Think's two streaming producers and AI Chat's SSE/plain-text paths store and broadcast synchronously, then await recovery bookkeeping. Synchronous storage errors still prevent broadcast. This fixes the duplicate text-end error reproduced in Rook CI and real Chrome.

Validation: SDK exports, formatting, lint, types, and all 1,610 maintained SDK tests pass in CI. Native storage-boundary regressions verify one chunk delivery through both Think producers; the regression fails before the fix.

All six SDK packages were built together with pnpm sdk:pack. Storage formats and the wire protocol are unchanged. The Durable Object runtime remains the published @mcp-b/do-runtime@0.8.1.
