Rook SDK: PDF text, cut tool input, full Think gate (6f5ee3b67725)

Built SDK artifacts from do-runtime at 6f5ee3b677256f84bb21b090a3ad266b01f76dfa (PR #103 merged to main). Three Think changes on top of rook-sdk-a0022fcdbdb9: a workspace read of a PDF renders each page's text for a model without PDF input, through a host-supplied workspacePdfText extractor; a step whose tool input any finish reason cut fails the turn with an exported UnfinishedToolInputError; and older child-run tables gain the output_schema_json column through an idempotent migration. Package versions are unchanged (Agents 0.27.0 / Think 0.20.1 / Shell 0.4.3 / AI Chat 0.12.1 / Codemode 0.5.3).

All six packages were packed from a tree identical to this commit. pnpm sdk:check, pnpm sdk:test (now every Think test file) and CI's Verify / Node 24 passed. The one storage change is the idempotent column migration above.
