The first time you open the app, a short welcome guide explains the basics. You can skip it, and open it again later from Settings › Welcome guide.
- Today. What you have done this week, what is due, suggestions from your progressions, and a button to start a workout. Tap a day in the week strip to see that day in Progress.
- Train. Start a single exercise, a program or an interval routine, or log a workout you already did.
- Progress. Your history as a calendar, a list and graphs, plus your progressions and exercise targets.
- Library. Your exercises and groups, programs, interval routines, the To Do list, the exercise catalogue, and Settings.
- Add an exercise. Either create your own in Library › Exercises and groups, or open Library › Exercise catalogue, pick a chain and a step, and tap "Add to my exercises".
- Go to Train and start it from Quick start.
- Do your sets. The app counts, times holds and rests, and ticks each set off.
- When you finish, the summary shows your totals and any new personal best.
Settings › Weekly goal sets how many days a week you want to train, from 2 to 6, or Off. Today then shows "This week: 2 of 4" instead of "2 of 7".
Settings › Theme offers Follow system, Light, Dark and AMOLED (true black, for OLED screens). On Android 12 and later, Dynamic colours can take the colours of your wallpaper instead of the app's own. Settings › Language lists every language the app ships in, each in its own name.
