One line install, one command check — are you DevReady?

I built DevReady for Windows + PowerShell 7 — a local health check that answers one question before you start coding:

Is my dev box actually ready?

Install (one line):

irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/XKush/homebase-devshell/v2.1.0/install.ps1 | iex

Close the terminal. Open a new one. Run:

devready

Green Ready to work? Go. Not green? It tells you what to fix — no guessing, nothing uploaded to the cloud.
