docs: rewrite wiki from source-grounded ground truth Full rewrite of all wiki pages to match the v0.10.0 unified tool surface. Each page was regenerated from blank against a verified source-of-truth dossier, then forensically checked for ground-up replacement (no scaffolding carried over from the prior version). - Adds new Investigations page documenting all 7 investigation playbooks - Rewrites all 9 existing pages with accurate tool signatures, parameter names, error strings, and per-action requirements - Mirrors the docs/wiki/*.md sources committed to the main repo on branch docs/pr85-followup (commits d82588e..cb9c191)
