Is it possible to have two domains for one server?

Hi, I'm trying to change MeshServer of agents, one by one. But after running msh set MeshServer new-domain.com on any agent (and restarted the service), it becomes offline when I access the MeshCentral through the old domain old-domain.com (the server's settings.cert is still old-domain.com), other agents with MeshServer=old-domain.com is still online.

So my question is:
Is it possible to manage agents with different MeshServer (which are old-domain.com and new-domain.com) in one server?

I've found that this solved my issue, though I'm not sure if it raises any security issues?
