Minimessage Support

Hi, it would be really nice if CMI could support Minimessage format. Its been some time since it added in Paper and a lot of other plugins use it.

CMI color format is great and everything, but it makes you have to run CMI on every server for it to properly work. Great example where this can be a problem is Velocity, as theres currenly no way to run CMI on Velocity (Snap is terrible so i dont count it), CMI colors wont work there which can be a problem for messages that can use player prefix placeholder etc. Of course its possible to solve this by using context in LuckPerms, but having to make new prefixes with different color format and contexts for other servers just doesnt seem completely alright.
