• cjr <binary> [args...]：准备匹配的官方运行库并启动程序。

• Windows 已包含 C/C++ 运行时；Linux 为 musl 静态链接；macOS 仅依赖系统动态库，要求 macOS 13 或更新版本。

下载对应平台的归档并解压，将程序所在目录加入 PATH。每个归档均附 SHA-256 校验文件。
