  • Tycho 4.0.0
  • Update spotbugs-maven-plugin to latest version 4.7.3.5
  • Add macos-cocoa-aarch64 execution environment
  • JavaSE-1.8 -> JavaSE-11
  • Target lowest supported ADT/Eclipse release 2022-12

This requires the maven build to be run with Java >= 17 and Maven >= 3.9 (it is still possible to target JavaSE-11).

ADT (and Eclipse) has been requiring Java 11 since 2019.

Bump minimum Java version abapGit to 11 as well.
