conflict with eldoc-mode

For example, when the point ("*" represents the point) is on (defun *), the echo area would automatically display defun: (NAME ARGLIST &optional DOCSTRING DECL &rest BODY), and highlight the parameter I need to fill in (in this case, NAME).

When lispy-mode on, the echo area doesn't display anything in the above example. Strangely, if the point is on (defun * ) (notice a space after point), it works fine. Position before ")" isn't special after all, right?

Though I can get the same information by entering C-2, what eldoc-mode provides is more intuitive and convenient.

I was thinking the opposite. To each his own I guess:). I'll look into it.

Could you elaborate on the intuitively of eldoc? I wouldn't mind to make C-2 more intuitive.

Well, I mean I can just type the code while the echo area automatically display information (e.g. argument list) I need. That's kind of a killer feature for me, since I often forget what the argument list is for a particular function defined in the file.

Frankly, I don't use C-2 much. So if you ask for my opinion, I prefer eldoc since it doesn't get in my way while I am coding (if I forget something, I just peek at the bottom).

I like C-2 because it's kind of solid. It will stay there until you do C-2 again or C-1.
Eldoc may switch context at the wrong moment and it makes me anxious/nervous to use it.
But anyway, let me know if the next commit fixes it.

BTW, I don't want to open another issue (seems I've done enough for you though :)), but delete an empty parens leaves a space in the spot. I use whitespace-mode, so I can see that useless space very easily.

It happens in a certain circumstance. For example, I have

(foo bar)
;; comment
(bar foo)

Delete the last parens will result in

(foo bar)
;; comment
[SPACE]

If there is no comment line in between, space won't be inserted.
