Issue: #1883

Add logic that automatically selects the most pipeline based on the inputs provided in the "Create a Project" form.

  • Docker input: analyze_docker_image
  • PURL input: scan_single_package
  • SBOM input (.spdx., .cdx., ...): load_sbom
