Is Academe\SagePay\Psr7\Response\Model\Amount used? I don't think it is, so it should be removed.

Not used yet, but Sage Pay describes the amount structure as the "amount object".

The Response\Model\Amount object now holds the three amount parts in a transaction response.

Needs some tidying, but essentially is working, and has not affected the interfaces that are already used for the transaction responses, so closing.
