Returns to using a MDX ("JSX Markdown") parser (using
mdx-bundler) as opposed to a vanilla Markdown parser. To make the Pandoc Markdown of Jupyter Notebooks compatible, a preprocessing step has been added to transform "regular html" to JSX.
