Is there a way to increase the Idle Timeout before the Controller will remove an ephemeral runner for being idle? #160523

As of Wednesday the 26th, a large proportion (around 50%) of runners are being removed for being idle before the queued job has had the chance to discover the runner and start running on it?
Is there some sort of idle timeout delay I can increase?
