[macOS] GCC version 8 will be removed from images on May, 31 #3378
Description
Breaking changes
GCC 8 will be removed from all the macOS images.
Target date
Image deployment will start on May 31 and will take 3-4 days.
The motivation for the changes
Based on our guidelines we support the 3 latest major versions of GCC, and since we've added GCC 11, we are going to remove version 8.
Possible impact
Projects that depend on GCC 8 will be broken.

Mitigation ways
