Add platform detection for the UDOO Bolt

This is my first try at adding platform detection for the UDOO Bolt. It needs to be tested.

This looks great so far. However I noticed you wrote the check_board_asset_tag_value() function, but it doesn't appear that you're actually using it. Did you mean to to use it in the board detection code?

I am going to try the check_board_asset_tag_value() next. Detecting the chip causes the board to also be detected.
