Broken links for `stage` and `ugame`

The links for stage and ugame are broken. For example, here: https://circuitpython.org/board/pygamer/

adafruit_connection_manager also has this problem on https://circuitpython.org/board/pyportal_titano/

I started looking into this and found the code responsible for the URL is here:

We might need to have a manual entry for the docs link instead of trying to automatically generate it from the library name. I don't think a "one size fits all" algorithm is going to be able to get every docs link correctly. We could use the manual entry field if it exists for a library, and if not fallback to this algorithm that seems to handle the majority correctly.

The stage ones are here as far as I can tell: https://circuitpython-stage.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ which is a bit different from the rest.

ConnectionManager appears to be just using an extra underscore that needs to be removed, but other libraries with underscores could need to keep them.

An exceptions list with the correct links sounds like the easiest thing. We could check for the proper link dynamically in some cases.

I wonder if connection-manager has the wrong project name in RTD.
