[Feature Request] Add option to upload web image

Currently, this extension only uploads local images and does not support web images.

After clipping a webpage to Obsidian, I'm concerned that the web images might become invalid over time. I'd like an option to upload web images to my own storage service.

I know I can use local-images-plus to download web images locally and then upload them with this extension, but it gradually increase the obsidian livesync database size. Could you consider adding this feature?

Thanks for creating this extension, it has significantly reduced my Obsidian folder size.
