- Capturing information about silently ignored runtime exceptions by scheduled executor.
- Send referrer information upon enabling SDK if it was launched as disabled.
- Fixed handling of malformed referrer string values.
SparseArray is more efficient in Android for dictionaries that have integer keys. (This is an optimization from Android Linter)
Basically, remove the button since its not used
if `isValid() == false`, it would cause the constructor to exit and not initialize initialize AdjustConfig properly.
if an NullPointerException occurs anywhere in the SDK, it won't crash the app. This is not a desired behaviour.
Changes here: - Reposition RunnableError wrappers to be used in every function instead of being wrapped in ThreadFactory - Use inheritance instead of composition for `ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor` - Cleanup unused log statements and variables
