PELLETINO 1.0 — the Pac-Man medal

The original PELLETINO: a wearable Fiesta San Antonio medal that plays Pac-Man,
tilt-controlled, on a Waveshare ESP32-C6-LCD-1.69.

This release is preserved as it shipped. The project has since grown into a
multi-game platform — see v2.0.
Pac-Man itself lives on there as one of seventeen games, under the codename
GHOSTERAMA.
