This is an initial pull request for updating the importing sites content in the community installation documentation for Aegir 3.x.
The main outline is open on the d.o. ticket, https://www.drupal.org/node/2500095. Right now all of the links work except the migrating content link on the last page of importing a complete Drupal install. I have marked that link as @todo. The idea being at any time somebody could search/grep the markdown for @todo to find items to update.
