The file TimeSeriesAnalysis.R handles all analyses and calls analytical functions defined in the other scripts. To run the analysis:
1. Unzip the file CISC683_Project into a working directory.
2. At the command prompt enter the Working Directory and execute
R CMD BATCH TimeSeriesAnalysis.R
This will generate figures and several csv files that contain clustering statistics.
