format option for software:

In posting an Ad for category Software, the format field was an enum previously,
But because we have the other option where user can add the format of what they are posting, we are making that a string option.

So what happens is that when the user select other, the value of format should be changed from other to what the user inputed.

Ok, but i am still trying to understand what I'm expected to work on here

Am only saying that, ensure when a user choose other, other is not returned.

After investigation, the backend will be implementing the ENUM values as seen above and then introduce another field, called field_other, which will be confirmed by @godstimedev
