What this is
ARP (AgentMinds Reporting Profile) is a public spec for cross-site agent failure pattern sharing. It layers on top of Sentry, OpenTelemetry GenAI, MCP, Anthropic Skills, and AGNTCY OASF — adding one piece those upstreams don't cover: how agents share what they LEARNED across sites.
The spec is at AGENT_REPORTING_PROFILE.md. The reference implementation runs at agentminds.dev.
What Discussions is for
What Issues is for
Bugs in the schema, broken examples, typos, concrete PRs.
A note
ARP is intentionally a profile, not a competing standard. If MCP, OTel GenAI, or AGNTCY absorbs the cross-site pattern primitive (§4.1) into their canonical spec, ARP defers — see the Reorientation Clause in the README.
So: feedback that points us toward a better upstream is more valuable than feedback that asks us to extend ARP.
