qwenpaw桌面版，win10环境，卡死了怎么办，求助

任何对话都报错，卸载重装也报错，删除所有会话，也报错。到底怎么回事？我怀疑是不是云端任务卡死了？我又没法解决云上的任务问题。到底怎么办？

这个错误我遇到过一次。 但是这里没有展示细节内容，也可能其他问题。我遇到的具体情况是，可能是用本地ollama模型时，配置中没有配api_key内容，且环境变量中没有。openai-api层面检测api_key报错。他检测api_key是会检测环境变量OPENAI_API_KEY。
调试环境可能没有这个问题（可能有环境变量），但是打包出来的环境可能会有这个问题。没细究。但是确实，配置ollama模型api_key就好了，随便配啥，只要不是空串。实际上可以优化：ollama_provider.py ，增加判空处理。
This error occurred to me once. However, the details are not shown here. The specific situation I encountered was that when using the local ollama model, the configuration did not include the api_key content, and there was no such content in the environment variables. At the OpenAI-API level, the error occurred when checking the api_key. It checks the api_key by detecting the environment variable OPENAI_API_KEY.
The debugging environment might not have this problem (there might be environment variables), but the packaged environment might have this problem. I didn't delve into it. But indeed, just configuring the ollama model api_key would solve it. Just fill in any value, as long as it's not an empty string. Actually, it can be optimized: ollama_provider.py. Add null-checking processing.
