Function usdaGet()
this function takes a string query and returns a json with all of the information for 5 foods. It's low functionality right now, but should be enough for a demo. With some more work, it can take a dict or list of search parameters. LMK if you need it to return parsed information instead of a json.

I also added the dependency HTTP and removed a redundant folder for the original python api call.
