Documentation: Instructions in the README about how to use WKWebView with iOS 7.x as the Deployment Target

PR #209 and #210 were closed because checking for WKWebView at runtime requires linking to WebKit.framework at all times, even if the developer doesn't plan on using web view filling support at all.

The instructions should address this very specific use case.
