Error after upgrading to latest Nx (16.3.2): Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'some')

After upgrading from 16.2.2 to 16.3.2 the nx-vue plugin throws this error:

 >  NX   Failed to process the project graph with "nx-vue".

   Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'some')
   
   Because of the error the Nx daemon process has exited. The next Nx command is going to restart the daemon process.
   If the error persists, please run "nx reset".

error Command failed with exit code 1.

Reproduced the issue in this repo:

Presumably this issue has something to do with changes made to the Nx codebase*, but wanted to report here too.

files attribute was removed from ProjectConfiguration type in version 16.3.0

I think the move might be to use this createProjectFileMapUsingProjectGraph util.

I think the files should be read from the graph context (context: ProjectGraphProcessorContext).
