🚧 This PR is open for review, though I'd like to do some more testing as this has a large possibility to break the extension.

This updates the extension for the recently released Magento patch (SUPEE-6285) described here.

It adds permission checking for the zendesk admin pages. With this change, customers who have installed the extension must check their ACL settings in System > Permissions > Roles and enable the necessary permissions under the Zendesk tab. The configuration permissions is under System > Configuration > Zendesk in the Role Information page.
