Currently, system users are able to filter the Inbox by tags, open/closed state, and read/unread.

We should offer system users the ability to filter bySource. This way, users can filter by Facebook, Google, Chat Plugin, SMS, and WhatsApp. This filtering will be done via filter modal.

@lizhutter Are there any designs or sketches for this yet? Or should it look like the channel filter just with the available sources instead?

@chrismatix we don't have a design for it, but exactly - I think this way of filtering sources would be the best/most straightforward option
