PR to showcase Anvil performance investigation.

first commit uses Anvil to add a (dummy) module to the AppScope (AppComponent)
second commit uses Dagger to add the module to the AppComponent)

Running

gradlew clean buildDebug to measure performance of a clean build
gradlew buildDebug to measure incremental builds
