What's been added?

• A new Backlog section under Meta Obligations — a no-deadline, no-obligation reservoir of candidate future sections (e.g. daily meditation, posture correction exercises, an N-item duty checklist quota, a mechanism for frontloading deadline tasks).
• The annual health screening requirement has been reinstated in Physiological Improvements as a comprehensive yearly blood panel, with the exact set of markers left to discretion.

What's changed?

• Leisure Constraints has been suspended until the Working Hours requirements change and resumption is deemed necessary, as it proved redundant alongside Working Hours and did not address the underlying prioritisation problem.
• Several provisions have been made stricter, alongside minor formatting and layout fixes (from v6.0.1).
• Sections To Address has been updated: the future-sections and health-screening items have been resolved and removed.
