How to display Kargo metric on Grafana dashboard

Hi team,

Does Kargo implement instrument OTEL metric or some kind of metric that agent can fetch. For example, Prometheus agent can get Kargo metric then I can display on Grafana dashboard to monitor Kargo

What are the plans / schedule(s) for implementing metrics generation in Kargo?

@rexdannan generic controller metrics are currently available (I can't find which PR it was introduced in now, but it's there), but I don't think there is a way to make that endpoint public as a svc.

There is an open issue to create metrics that I assume will be used for this: #3701
