Configurable EXIF data

My current setup is as follows:
IPP downloads preview images and videos from immich, packs them into .zip when user requests it and provides them.

I would love to be able to share (some; configurable) metadata with user according to my documentation, from normal image.

How I would want it to work:
Immich sharing image with download still disabled, but metadata access enabled, would allow IPP to see metadata, and potentially add chosen fields when downloaded/presented. In my scenario, I would like to be able to forward EXIF:CreationDate for all photos.

Other opinions on this?
