LinaQA restructuring

Like many open source projects LinaQA started as a quick fix, in this case as a drop in replacement for the defunct Pylinac GUI. LinaQA was created by merging two existing projects pYadiv and DicomTreeQT5 on top of Pylinac and PyDicom. Each of these had its own data structures and there is a lot of converting back and forth with a lot of redundancy. Since its inception LinaQA has gained functionality in its own right. The LinaQA GUI has more or less reached its final form, but under the hood it's a bit of a mess. Over the next few months I hope to regularise and restructure LinaQA to provide for future growth.
