First visual brand iteration — adds the Agent M logo asset set and refreshes README.md with a centered logo hero, italic tagline, and reorganized badge layout per the new public-surface comms conventions.

No behavior changes. Pure docs + asset additions; harness behavior unchanged. Not paired with Cricket this round — Cricket assets land separately when designed. Solo harness PATCH.

What's new

  • assets/agent-m/ — Agent M primary mark in 4 treatments (standard / clean / transparent / clean-transparent) × multiple PNG sizes (16 → 2048) + SVG wrappers.
  • assets/m-monogram/ — secondary "M" letter mark in true-vector SVG + PNG sizes (16 → 2048).
  • assets/index.html — brand-asset preview page showing all variants on light / dark / checkered backgrounds.
  • README.md hero — centered logo hero at displayed 256px + italic tagline "Persistent agentic memory + phase-gated engineering harness." + two-block centered badge layout.

Brand palette + typography

  • Palette: --ink: #0a0a0a + --paper: #f4efe6 (warm cream off-white)
  • Type: Inter Tight (display) + JetBrains Mono (mono accent)

Designed in Claude.ai Artifacts. First visual asset commit since repo inception; establishes assets/ as the brand-asset convention.
